Hi, I’m Reema Kapoor, a home baker with a deep passion for all things Gourmet and Eggless. I started my career as a media professional, but life had a sweeter plan for me. Baking became my true calling, and I haven’t looked back since.
I come from Dehradun, a town known for its rich baking heritage, and that definitely shaped my love for the craft. Over the years. I’ve had the chance to travel to 25 countries, and with each journey. I’ve picked up unique flavours, techniques, and inspirations that now find their way into my kitchen.
I’ve been lucky to conduct workshops with amazing hospitality brands like Raffles Udaipur, W Goa, and The Kumaon, Binsar, each one a beautiful experience. My work has been appreciated by TV celebrities, culinary icon Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Paralympian Deepa Malik, which has been incredibly humbling.
Everything I bake is 100% Eggless and crafted in a gourmet style, because I believe indulgence should never be ordinary.For me, Baking isn’t just about cakes or cookies, its about creating moments, memories, and a touch of magic in every bite.
